  • No. We currently offer local pickup by appointment and free delivery within 20 miles on orders over $125. Deliveries between 20–30 miles are $18, and orders under $125 within 20 miles have a $12 delivery fee. We don’t ship plants to ensure they stay healthy and are handled properly from start to finish.

  • Yes! All orders can be placed through our website. Online shopping is available for local pickup or delivery only.

  • If you’re looking for a specific plant, we’ll check availability with our trusted suppliers.

    Special orders may require minimum quantities and are brought in with our next supplier shipment. We’ll notify you as soon as your plants arrive.

  • Pickup is by appointment only so we can prepare your plants and give you the best experience. We’ll contact you after your order is placed to schedule a time.

    Generally 10am-2pm, Monday thru Saturday is a perfect time.

  • Yes — delivery is free within a 20‑mile radius of Baller Acres on orders over $125.

    We do not ship plants, local deliveries only. To keep things fair, transparent, and sustainable, we also offer:

    • $12 delivery fee for orders under $125 within 20 miles

    • $18 delivery fee for deliveries between 20–30 miles

    • Custom delivery quotes available for distances over 30 miles, within reason

  • If you’re close to our location and find that online checkout isn’t available for your address, it’s likely that your ZIP code hasn’t been added to our system yet or you are outside our delivery area. Please get in touch with us via email or phone, and we’ll promptly update your information or send a custom invoice to complete your order.

  • No, we don’t offer a warranty on plants at this time. Once a plant leaves our care, we can’t guarantee how it will handle weather, watering, soil, or other conditions in its new environment. We appreciate every customer who chooses to shop with us, and we hope to be able to offer a warranty in the future as we grow.

  • We don’t offer a planting service at this time, but we can sometimes help on a case‑by‑case basis depending on the size of the plant, timing, and our workload. We truly appreciate your support, and as we continue to grow, we hope to be able to offer a full planting service in the future.
